Miss Insecurity
She’s an uninvited guest who’s worn out her welcome.
I’m really not that pretty. I’m okay looking.
She’s the loud friend that no one invited.
If I could just get down to a size ten I would be happy.
She’s the drunk aunt at the wedding reception.
If my hair was just at least to my shoulders.
She’s the lady in the mirror who reminds that I am not and never will be pretty enough.
